The Carolina Launch Pad offers participating entrepreneurs guidance, support, and networking opportunities.

• Carolina Launch Pad provides participating entrepreneurs with opportunities to interact with other IT entrepreneurs, RENCI staff, KFBS and OTD, and a group of external coaches and informal advisors from the IT community.
  
• Participants have the opportunity to move from the nascent idea stage to a more fully developed business model while in the Carolina Launch Pad space.

Facilities and Available Resources

The Launch Pad is located on the fifth floor of the Europa Center office building in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It is equipped with:

• Workstations, each with a desk, laptop, phone and storage space
• Printer and fax machine
• Parking for a limited number of team members
• Conference table
• Office supplies

Carolina Launch Pad participants will receive Web site hosting space (excluding commercial transactions) during their term of stay. RENCI will provide standardized Web design services to each participant.

Additional access to additional RENCI technology resources will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
